Pre-order items are produced in limited batches and require an estimated 15–30 working days for production and dispatch, unless otherwise stated. Timelines are provided as estimates and may vary due to production schedules, quality control, or logistical factors.

By placing a pre-order, customers acknowledge and accept possible variations in colour, measurements, fabric texture, and finishing details, which are considered normal and not defects.

Pre-order items are non-cancellable and non-refundable, except in cases of verified defects.

Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
