REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Refund Policy

In accordance with Malaysian consumer practices, refunds are not provided for change of mind purchases. Exchanges are only permitted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items, subject to our inspection and approval.

Refunds are only issued if:

  • A defect is verified and
  • A replacement item is unavailable

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that are verified to be defective or if an incorrect item was received.

A defective item refers to a manufacturing fault, such as:

  • Major stains
  • Tears or damage
  • Incorrect item received

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • All original tags and packaging must remain intact
  • Receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
  • Clear photos or videos must be provided for review

Requests that do not meet these conditions will not be approved.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted and may be forfeited.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds:

  • Discounted items
  • Clearance items
  • Items marked as as-is
  • Custom products, including special orders or personalised items (except in cases of verified defects)

Returns due to change of mind, sizing issues, colour preference, or delivery delays are not accepted.

Exchange Policy

  • Each item is eligible for one exchange only
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • If an item is exchanged for another of lower value, the price difference will not be refunded
  • If an item is exchanged for another item of higher value, the price difference must be topped up before the replacement item is shipped.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges, including return shipping and reshipping, unless the exchange is due to a verified defect or an error on our part
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels during transit
  • Exchange requests are reviewed and approved before return instructions are issued

Once approved, return instructions and the return address will be sent via email.

Important Notes

  • Minor variations in colour, measurements (±1–3 cm), fabric texture, or finishing details are considered normal and are not classified as defects
  • Colours may appear different due to lighting or screen settings
  • Pre-order production timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

We reserve the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet our quality inspection standards.
