SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to process and ship all orders with care and efficiency. Please review the information below to understand our shipping procedures and timelines.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated below.

Processing Time

Ready stock items are processed within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and Malaysian public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During peak seasons, promotions, or sales periods, processing times may be longer.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Pre-Order Items

Certain products are sold on a pre-order basis. These items are not immediately available for shipment.

Pre-order items require an estimated 15–30 working days for production and dispatch, or as stated on the product page, depending on production schedules and supplier availability. Estimated pre-order timelines are provided for reference only and may be subject to change due to manufacturing delays, logistics issues, or customs clearance.

Orders containing both ready stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are ready, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery timelines begin once the order has been dispatched and are subject to courier service performance.

Estimated delivery times are provided only as a guide and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, peak seasons, or operational delays. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • West Malaysia: 1 to 5 working days after shipment
  • East Malaysia: 3-10 working days after shipment 

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or messaging platform (where applicable).

Delays and Lost Parcels

While we strive to meet all stated timelines, delays may occasionally occur.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or events beyond our control.

If your parcel is delayed or lost in transit, we will assist you in raising a report with the courier. However, replacement or compensation is not guaranteed.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed shipment, reshipping fees will be borne by the customer.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses due to customer error will not be eligible for refunds.

Any re-delivery costs will be borne by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, the shipment may be returned to us or handled in accordance with the courier’s policy.

Any additional re-shipping fees incurred will be borne by the customer.

Risk of Loss

All purchases are fulfilled under a shipment contract. Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once the parcel is handed over to the courier, including any risk of loss or damage during transit.
